• We aim to deliver fresh mangoes within the estimated timeframe, but delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
• If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for shipping.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be offered in case of damaged or defective products.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. Approval is subject to verification.

• Our mangoes are naturally ripened and free from harmful chemicals. However, variations in size, taste, and ripening are natural and do not qualify for refunds.
• We are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our products. Please consume responsibly.

• All website content, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Devgad Hapus and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

• We strive to provide the best service, but we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or delays beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
